Mechanical Maintenance Engineering

The opportunity:

To conduct a maintenance activity to implement on time and preventive technical maintenance of production machines/ system.

How you'll make an impact:

• You will be responsible for erection, installation and maintenance of factory systems
• You will prepare a yearly budget & forecast the estimated value of spares and machinery and prepare a preventive maintenance schedule for equipment / machines and ensure timely service to minimize down time for equipment / machines.
• You will conduct root cause analysis for all down time case to prevent reoccurrence of the problem and maintain and Repair HVAC, Air compressor, Generator, engine, hydraulic system and automation technology.
• You will take responsibility for calibration Crane, forklift, Air receiver, chain, sling, ladder, measuring tools etc., working with PM module in SAP and maintenance civil work.
• You will do quality process owner for facility and safety, responsible for training staff and operators for maintenance job and safety and cooperate with electrical for power supply.

• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• You hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven track record of 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance and servicing of machines, equipment and system in industrial factories.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, good communicator with a proactive mind-set and good in planning, organizing and managing people.
• Creative, dynamic personality with marked cooperative abilities. Customer orientation (both internal and external).
• Resilience under pressure and capability to keep track of complex situations. Good computer skills (AutoCAD, PM -SAP, other mechanical software).
• Good command of English.
