General Information:
The Hitachi Energy location in Jefferson City, MO is a premier designer and manufacturer of distribution transformers for the electrical grid, commercial data centers, industrial facilities, wind & solar alternative energy sources.
Your Responsibilities:
- Job assignments are primarily designed to give students the opportunity to work on projects.
- Design Projects that will impact & reduce cost savings, scrap, rework and first past yield performance.
- Participating and supporting improvement projects.
- Support the Continuous Improvement teams utilizing tools from the 4Q Quality process.
- Work with Design Team using CAD tools such as ACAD & Creo Parametric.
- Work on updating Design Procedures.
- Support Senior Engineers for providing technical support.
- Other projects as assigned.

Your Background:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program.
