How You'll Make an Impact

• Create 2D and 3D transformer designs using cutting-edge tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
• Engage directly with customers, both locally and internationally.
• Apply advanced design methods and calculations to meet project goals.
• Learn and apply proprietary internal programs for design and manufacturing.
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Travel within the U.S. (< 2% travel time).
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• High School diploma with 4+ years of mechanical design experience, or Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology (or similar).
• Experience in transformer mechanical design or relevant higher education.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling tools (e.g., Creo, Inventor, SolidWorks, Pro-E).
• Familiarity with transformer standards (ANSI/IEEE, NFPA, UL, CSA, IEC).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
