The opportunity:

How you'll make an impact:
- You will do project scheduling based on customer orders to ensure on-time delivery, considering available capacities and material availability.
- You will monitor the key milestone of the project and drive the problem-solving to ensure the project can be delivered on schedule. You will be detailing production plan to ensure material is ready before production to support the project schedule.
- You will be working with purchasing/buyer to ensure that raw materials are available to support the detailed production plan.
- You will be reviewing production capacity, performing capacity analysis, and adjusting production schedules to balance loading.
- You will collect and evaluate KPIs related to completion of planning.
- You will work result-oriented thinking and well communication, make good result happen.

Your background:
- You hold bachelor's degree or above.
- 5 years of working experience in planning, project management, etc.
- Strong organization and communication.
- Microsoft Office, SAP.
- Strong leadership and ownership are required.
- Fluent oral and writing communication skill in English.
