Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. How you'll make an impact
- You will monitor the key milestone of the project and drive the problem-solving to ensure the project can be delivered on schedule. You will be detailing the production plan to ensure material is ready before production to support the project schedule.
- You will be responsible for on time delivery of Raw material and cooperate with Master planner/buyers/suppliers.
- You will be responsible for controlling Inventory and do analysis.
- You will be reviewing production capacity, performing capacity analysis, and adjusting production schedules to balance loading.
- You will collect and evaluate KPIs related to completion of planning.
- You will work result-oriented thinking and well communication, make good results happen.

Your background
- You hold a bachelor's degree or above, with majors in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of production management experience in high-voltage or related products, familiar with production processes and management methods.
- Proficient in the production processes and technical requirements of high-voltage products.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities, communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities. Able to skillfully use office software for production planning and data analysis.
- Excellent teamwork spirit and a strong sense of responsibility. Strong adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
- Good English listening and reading abilities.
