Manufacturing Production Process Engineer

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

• You will be designing, developing, and implementing new or revised production processes for the efficient/economical mass production of goods including: Designing arrangement of manufacturing equipment to ensure most efficient and productive layout.
• You will be designing the sequence of production operations, specifying procedures for the fabrication of applicable tools and equipment, and adapting machinery in response to factory conditions.
• You will be conducting tests throughout all stages of production to determine control over applicable variables and troubleshooting/solving production problems.
• You will providing guidance to product design engineering on technical specifications that will best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
• You will be ensuring that production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.

• You hold a Full-time bachelor degree or above.
• Manufacture or technology or quality control working experience or maintenance is preferred.
• Major in mechanical design, manufacturing and automation, can use AutoCAD software, can apply Pro/E,UG or other similar design software AutoCAD, Pro/E,UG.
• At least Passed CET-4.
• Passed the computer Level 2 examination.
• Good communication and team player and willing to learn and improve.
• Comply with national regulations of employment age, no gender restrictions.
