- Monitor production progress and ensure quality and schedule targets are met
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes through tool and equipment design
- Write clear work instructions, job aids, and technical specifications
- Troubleshoot issues directly on the shop floor
- Analyze and maintain digital process recipes
- Compile and present data-driven reports and visualizations
- Use engineering software to support process optimization
- Lead and participate in Kaizen and LEAN events to drive continuous improvement
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with LEAN methodologies and process improvement tools
- Proficiency in technical writing and documentation
- Ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally
