We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Location HR Business Partner to support our Transformers Business Unit in Turkey. This role is pivotal in aligning our HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving organizational effectiveness.
Please be aware that related factory is in Kartal, Istanbul and will be moved to Dilovası,Kocaeli in ten months.
How you will make an impact:
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and drive growth initiatives.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews, to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support organizational restructuring, job design, and change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and fostering a positive work environment.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation in Turkey.
- Work closely with Country HR, other HRBPs and COEs to implement HR programs and initiatives effectively.

Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of Turkish labor laws, union relations and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and collaborate with international teams.
- Fluency in English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
