Line Manager fot IT Support - PLM Application, Applications Tolls and LCM team
Succefull canadidate will manage team responsible for incidents, cooperation with internal/external stakeholder, supporting new implementtaion/ roll out IT inivtiativies.
Your responsibilities:
- Leading the support team, responsible for global application support and training in the PLM Area.
- The team is responsible for the life cycle of incidents including communication, investigation, resolution and documentation as well as prioritization of new demand requests.
- To manage SLAs with internal and external 3rd party vendors and enable efficient reporting of ITIL-based metrics that drive process improvements across the team and organization.
- To establish and maintain relationship of trust with Business customers to understand priorities and impact while tracking the progress of production issues to ensure a timely resolution and communication of progress.
- You will be working with Business Partners, IT Partners, Vendors, Development and Operations teams and your Support Team to provide a problem free production environment.
- Quality assurance of new development project capabilities in production including training by working tight together with the operations and development teams.
- Implement company global vision on department level in accordance with business targets.
- Define annual strategies, budget and development plans.
- Promote the work with Health and Safety.
- Continually follow-up and improve processes, policies and procedures.
- Building and developing the team and the individuals in it by managing employee training and development initiatives, as well as providing strategic direction, leadership, and coordination of the function.
- Providing insight and managing priorities for the team while ensuring activities performance and quality goals.
- Taking a proactive approach and actively participate in recruiting activities.
- Planning for project staffing and adjusting it according to business needs, as well as planning for both short-term and more strategic long-term changes in the team structure.
- Managing employee relations, developing, and executing employee engagement initiatives to foster a sense of community among employees.
- Partnering with the management team to develop, improve, and implement strategic people management initiatives and ensuring processes are in place to capture and share best practices and operational experiences.
- Collaborate cross-functional with other teams to ensure implementations meets customer requirements.
- Planning and driving team meetings and technical meetings.

Your background
- You have documented experience working with system/application support and have a good understanding of IT operations and Product Lifecycle Management practices. You have experience with CAD systems (Mechanical/Electrical/plant/Civil) and complex Product Lifecycle Management Systems, especially Teamcenter applications related to Engineering.
- Experience as a people manager, or other relevant leadership experience with personnel responsibility.
- Knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems.
- Experience in Agile project management methodologies.
- Other experience in relevant area such as talent management, employee relations, human re-sources, team leading, company founding, start-up or scale-up, business administration, change management, process development, organizational management, staffing, business development, performance management, and/or similar.
- You have strong communication, social, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relation-ships with employees and management.
- Fluency in English, fluency in Swedish is qualifying.
- You are ITIL certified and have a Good Knowledge of DevOps best practices.
