You will perform legal and regulatory research and memo drafting.
You will do contract review and risk database inputs.
You will work on corporate governance matters re docs drafting and review.
You will do internal coordination and support.

Your background:
You hold a bachelor or Master of Law degree from a reputable law school in China or abroad.
Experience in law firm or MNC inhouse preferred.
You need to work 3 - 6 months & 4 - 5 days per week (remote work may be allowed).
Proficiency in English and Chinese language both written and oral.
