Within this plan, we are seeking a Leadership & Management Product Team Lead. In this newly created role, you will lead a small, high-performing team within the L&D CoE, focused on designing, implementing, and managing global training initiatives that enhance the development of our leaders and managers. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our leadership development strategy and offerings, while also coaching and guiding your team to deliver impactful results
How you'll make an impact
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of L&D professionals to deliver high-quality learning solutions
- Develop and manage global learning and development initiatives tailored to leadership and management development
- Design a comprehensive L&D offering for Line Managers, Mid Managers, High Potentials, and Senior Managers, aligned with core leadership competencies
- Create and enhance leadership programs for High Potentials, in collaboration with external vendors
- Leverage digital learning platforms to deliver consistent, engaging, and scalable experiences for leaders and managers.
- Partner with the Talent Management CoE to identify and implement effective development assessments.
- Collaborate with internal facilitator pools to ensure high-quality delivery of learning activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors to expand and enrich our learning portfolio
Your background
- Minimum of 10-15 years of HR experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development or Leadership Development
- Proven experience in designing learning and development program
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Project management and team leading skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and learning and development technology
- Fluent in English
