IQC Team leader

Your responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for raw materials incoming inspection, ensure IQC procedure effective implementation, secure raw materials incoming quality.
• Take responsibility for Sample verification about new raw material or new supplier import, ensure Sample inspection and verification procedure effective implementation.
• Cooperate with SQE in HUB NAS, take responsibility for analyzing NC raw materials from production and CCRP cases, then push supplier taking improvement action.
• Identify main material problem and initiate improvement project to drive supply improvement continuously
• Support raw materials test and verification activities for RCA and improvement.
• Ensure IQC inspection capability, setup necessary inspection equipment, and coordinate related outside institution, to satisfy internal/external customers' requirements.
• Support cross function improvement project implementation.

• Bachelor or above, E-Mechanism or other related area.
• 5+ years of working Experience
• Proficient inspection standard and familiar with quality tools. (eg, PPAP, MSA, CPK, FMEA..). L6S green belt or above is preferred
• Excellent multi-department cooperation skills.
• Fluent in English communication.
• Ability to work independently without supervision and able to handle high volumes of work.
