How you'll make an impact

• Posting job advertisements on internal and external job boards.
• Screening applications and scheduling interviews.
• Managing documentation, reviewing documents and reports for completeness and correctness.
• Updating data in the recruitment system.
• Creating ad-hoc reports.
• Responding to queries from candidates and hiring managers.
• Participating in job fairs and other university events.

• You are a university student graduating in 2026 or later
• You have an interest in HR as a function (no previous experience required)
• You are fluent in spoken and written English.
• You have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word).
• You have a natural ability to communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
