Internship - Internal Events & Content Creation (IT Innovation & Technology)

The Opportunity

Join our IT Innovation & Technology department to coordinate internal events that showcase cutting-edge technologies and create engaging internal content that spreads the word across the organization. You will identify opportunities where our Artificial Intelligence, Extended Reality, and Autonomous Mobile Robot innovations can be featured, plan demo days and workshops and become the vital bridge connecting groundbreaking technologies with the people who need to understand them. You will gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies while developing critical skills in project coordination, content creation, and stakeholder engagement.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Proactively initiate and drive internal events, workshops, and technology showcases to maximize visibility of our innovations.
• Identify internal conferences, and company events where our technologies should be showcased.
• Write engaging content for various internal communication channels that translate technical updates into clear messaging
• Manage end-to-end event execution covering all organizational and logistical requirements.
• Create multimedia content including photos, videos, and short promotional materials to document events and showcase technology demonstrations.
• Work with various teams within the department to ensure coordinated messaging and unified promotional approach.

Your Background

• Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Computer Science, or related field
• Some experience organizing events through school, clubs, or volunteer activities
• Strong writing skills with ability to create clear, engaging content in English.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in technology and willingness to learn about AI, Extended Reality, and robotics
• Familiarity with photo/video editing tools and ability to create simple multimedia content
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively across teams
