Internship | HR - Recruitment & Onboarding

The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our recruitment and onboarding processes, with a primary focus on blue-collar workforce hiring. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and facilitating a smooth induction and onboarding experience for new hires. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full recruitment cycle and HR operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

How you'll make an impact

• Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates for blue-collar positions through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support in organizing and conducting job fairs or recruitment drives.
• Prepare and maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate and deliver induction sessions for new blue-collar employees, covering company policies, workplace safety, and job expectations.
• Ensure all pre-employment checks and documentation are completed accurately and timely.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
• Gather feedback from new hires and suggest improvements to the onboarding process.

• BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
