How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop and manage global mobility programs
- Coordinate international assignments, including visa, immigration, and relocation logistics
- Design and administer expatriate compensation, housing, and benefits packages
- Advise business leaders on mobility strategy and policy compliance
- Partner with vendors to ensure smooth relocation experiences
- Monitor global regulations and assess potential impacts on employee safety and operations
- Coach junior team members and review mobility processes for improvement
- Align mobility programs with talent development and business growth goals
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in global mobility or international HR
- Strong knowledge of expatriate policies, immigration, and relocation practices
- Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and solve complex problems
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
