How you'll make an impact

• You will assist the production team in completing daily production tasks, including the handling of raw materials, cleaning and maintenance of equipment, assembly and packaging of products, etc., to ensure the smooth operation of the production process.
• You will accurately and precisely complete production operations in accordance with production plans and process requirements, ensuring that product quality meets standards. During the production process, promptly identify and report any abnormal situations, such as equipment malfunctions, shortages of raw materials, product quality issues, etc., and assist in handling these issues.
• You will participate in quality inspection activities during the production process, conduct random checks on products, record quality data, and ensure that products meet quality standards and assist quality inspectors in product inspections, learn quality inspection methods and standards, and enhance personal quality awareness and inspection capabilities.
• You will conduct preliminary analysis of identified quality issues, assist in identifying causes, and participate in the development of corrective and preventive measures for quality problems.
• You will be responsible for recording various data during the production process, such as production quantity, raw material consumption, equipment operating time, quality data, etc., ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data and assist the production supervisor in the statistical analysis of production data to provide data support for the formulation of production plans and the improvement of production efficiency.
• You will participate in the preparation of production reports, organizing production data into report format to provide decision-making basis for management and assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the production site, and carry out sorting, organizing, cleaning, sanitizing, discipline, and safety work in accordance with the 6S management requirements.
• You will participate in the management of signs and signboards at the production site, ensuring that they are clear and accurate for easy production operations and management and assist in the handling of waste and non-conforming products at the production site, classifying, storing, and disposing of them in accordance with regulations to ensure environmental protection and safety at the production site.
• You will complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors, such as participating in training activities of the production department, assisting in organizing production meetings, and participating in team-building activities of the production department.
• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• You hold a bachelor's degree or above (third year of university or higher).
