As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions across various formats, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, videos, and job aids. You'll work closely with stakeholders to analyze training needs, identify learning objectives, and create content that enhances knowledge retention and skill development. Your expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and technology tools will drive the success of our learning initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to assess learning needs and performance gaps.
- Conduct thorough analyses to determine learning objectives, target audience, and content requirements. Design engaging and learner-centric training materials that align with business goals.
- Create instructional materials, including storyboards, scripts, assessments, and interactive activities. Develop e-learning modules using authoring tools (Articulate Storyline).
- Write clear and concise content that facilitates understanding and application of concepts. Incorporate visuals, animations, and simulations to enhance learning experiences.
- Ensure accessibility and usability of digital content. Learning Management System (LMS) Integration:
- Upload and manage course content within the LMS. Monitor learner progress, track completion, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Review and edit content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives. Conduct usability testing to validate the effectiveness of learning materials.
- Implement feedback from SMEs and learners to improve content. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in instructional design.
- Evaluate the impact of training programs and recommend enhancements.

Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with minimum 4 - 5 years relevant experience in Order / Project Management.
- Excellent skills in Speaking, Reading and writing English language, German Basic language is added advantage.
- Experience working with Order management related tools and processes.
- Hand on experience of working with SAP SD/ PS module.Very good knowledge & experience working with MS office tools.
- Should possess strong communications & negotiation skills to convince customers stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure to manage customer expectations
