How you'll make an impact:
- Responsible for providing support to the PMM on the management and monitoring of key performance indicators related to the Offers process within the Marketing and Sales department.
- Assist the PMM in the administration of tools focused on document control and compliance.
- Coordinate and support Area Sales Managers in audit and qualification processes aimed at including the Córdoba factory in clients' approved supplier lists. This includes overseeing the related documentation and assisting in the organization of internal and external visits for this purpose.
- Provide support to Area Sales Managers in all activities related to the Offer process and the management of business opportunities within Salesforce.
- In charge of the initial booking process of orders in SAP, as well as the registration of any additional items incorporated into the project scope during its execution.
- Ensure the timely processing of control requests in accordance with company procedures and provide assistance to department members on SAP-related matters.
Your background:
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of [1] years of experience in tender management and quotation preparation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with tender management software or CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical specifications and market data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing figures and data analysis.
