How you'll make an impact
- Serve as the primary contact for international customers, ensuring satisfaction and timely communication
- Collaborate with Export Sales Account Managers to execute strategic sales activities
- Manage the full order lifecycle-from entry to delivery resolution
- Use digital tools like ERP and CRM systems to streamline processes
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and bids
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates
- Prepare and review proposals and contracts for accuracy and profitability
- Participate in meetings to resolve issues and improve customer experience
Your background
- 3+ years of customer support experience in industrial, EPC, or utility sectors (5+ preferred)
- Familiarity with power transmission, distribution, or generation products
- Experience with B2B customer support and CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across cultures
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
