Industrial Cybersecurity Program Manager

Västerås, Sweden

We are looking for an Industrial Cybersecurity Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our industrial cybersecurity program across all industrial operations. Your expertise in the IEC 62443 standards will guide our efforts in protecting our critical control systems and networks from cyber threats ensuring the safety, integrity, and reliability of our industrial processes.

Your responsibilities

  • You will develop and maintain a comprehensive industrial cybersecurity program in alignment with IEC 62443 and NIST standards.
  • You will lead the assessment and analysis of our current security posture, identifying gaps and formulating strategic plans for mitigation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and operations to integrate cybersecurity best practices into industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) environments.
  • Foster a culture of security awareness and best practices among employees, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • You will coordinate and lead OT/ICS security risk assessments, produce assessment reports, and ensure that metrics are reported and tracked.
  • You support our cyber defense center (Security Operations Center) with performing incident response activities within the OT/ICS environments.
  • You support cybersecurity architecture and engineering with the introduction of newly developed released tools into the OT/ICS environments.
  • Provide input to our outreach & awareness team to develop OT/ICS security training materials and raise awareness industrial sites on security risks and threats.

Your background

  • Preferable to hold bachelor's or master's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications related to cybersecurity (CISSP, GICSP, CISM, or equivalent) are highly desirable and In-depth knowledge of IEC 62443 standards and their application in industrial environments.
  • More than 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on industrial control systems (ICS) operational technology (OT) and critical infrastructure protection.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing comprehensive cybersecurity programs.
  • Excellent leadership communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams across different disciplines.
  • Critical thinking problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle complex challenges under pressure.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude towards all stakeholders with a high-level of internal drive and motivation.
  • Ability to travel to various sites for field visits as the need arises.
