Hub Segment Manager Generation & Renewables-APAC (Services)
The opportunity
Hitachi Energy Service is a trusted lifecycle partner, providing customers with secure, sustainable, and innovative service solutions, globally.
Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle-from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission).
How you'll make an impact
1. You will work closely with the respective APAC countries' Country leadership to identify business needs, determine key accounts, co-develop actions and timelines, and align resources in support of go-to-market activities.
2. You will develop and execute segments and account specific profitable growth strategies and plans, including generating product value propositions and product positioning.
3. You will develop and execute channel plan, work closely with Channel Manager to identify, evaluate and develop channels for long term partnership, be able to conduct analysis on channel's activities and take ownership for problems identified.
4. You will establish a deep understanding of customer segment and market dynamics, develop trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executives.
5. You will build and monitor pipelines, be able to forecast and track metrics.
6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's degree. A master's degree in business or engineering is highly desired.
2. Minimum 15 years sales experience in the electrical power equipment industry.
3. Experience in delivering client focus solution to customer needs.
4. Demonstrated leadership skills for both direct and indirect teams. Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
5. Demonstrate ability to confront tough issues and contribute to collaborative solutions. Able to juggle multiple account management projects at the same time, flexible to occasional business travel when required.
6. Proficiency in English communication.
