How You'll Make an Impact
- Maintain and update HSSE data in tracking systems for incidents, audits, and reports.
- Monitor and communicate training requirements using the HSSE training matrix.
- Track and issue certifications for authorized safety trainings.
- Support documentation efforts during internal and external audits.
- Assist with planning and executing HSSE-related events.
- Manage contractor qualification records and compliance.
- Maintain emergency and environmental records.
- Submit and manage purchase orders and related documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related administrative or safety role preferred.
- Proficient in SharePoint, MS Word, Excel, and database systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
