Mission Statement:
Manage the operations of an assigned team in a Hub or CSS Center focused on the complete, accurate, and timely completion of HR transactions Learning & Development. Drive an efficient work allocation, effective workforce management and appropriate people management activities. Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and procedures.
Your Responsibilities:
- Service delivery - Supervises the team and ensures HR processes are delivered in a timely and accurate manner in compliance with standard process flows and according to agreed service levels. Acts as subject matter expert in the team and works on complex issues or cases which are escalated for resolution.
- Analysis - Monitors accuracy of transaction processing and quality of data. Oversees analysis of HR transactions and highlights discrepancies/anomalies for correction.
- Optimization - Identifies and initiates the implementation of best practices and process improvements to increase efficiency and drive productivity gains.
- Internal controls - Together with the HR Service Line Manager, leads internal control over HR transactions and quality controls like the 4-eye-checks.
- Service culture - Works with customers and stakeholders to improve understanding, cooperation and performance.
- People leadership and development - Manages selection, development, performance and organization of the team and appropriately allocates work and assignments to individual team members. Conducts performance reviews and provides regular coaching and training to the team.
- L&D Program Management: Overseeing the logistical execution of L&D programs. Coordinating scheduling, resource allocation, and participant management. Managing L&D budgets and tracking expenses. End to end invoice management and vendor management for the L&D programs. Ensuring smooth delivery of training sessions, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
- L&D Operations and Administration - Maintaining L&D records and databases. Managing the LearningManagement System (LMS) and other L&D technology like CSOD. Handling vendor relationships and contracts related to L&D.
- Needs Analysis and Reporting - Assisting in the identification of training needs across the organization. Gathering and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs. Generating reports on L&D metrics and outcomes. Tracking training completion and compliance.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Supervising and mentoring L&D operations team members. Collaborating with HR business partners, L&D specialists, and other stakeholders. Ensuring effective communication and coordination within the L&D team and with other departments.
- Process Improvement and Compliance: Identifying opportunities to streamline L&D processes and improve efficiency. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies related to L&D. Staying up-to-date on L&D best practices and trends.
- Supporting L&D Strategy: Helping to implement the L&D strategic plan. Providing feedback from operational data to help improve L&D program design.

Your Background:
- Bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
- 7 - 8 years of hands-on experience in the HR Operations preferred in L&D service line.
- End-to-end knowledge L&D activities and programs.
- 4 - 5 years of experience in managing high performing teams with HR function & stakeholder management.
- Experience in project management and closely worked with leadership to drive initiatives and management activities across.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
