HR Intern - Talent Acquisition

Xiamen, China

Your responsibilities:

  • You will support Talent Partner for Long list and interview arrangement.
  • Your role will include HR Operations team to support blue collars recruitment.
  • You will support Campus Recruitment and Global Trainee Program implementation (CV longlist selection, onboarding communication etc.).
  • You will support employee file archiving.
  • You will support intern onboarding and separation daily work.
  • You will support special leave quota generation in time system.

  • A bachelor's degree and above.
  • Handson experience in word, excel, PowerPoint.
  • Good computer skill in Microsoft office Word, Excel or PowerPoint.
  • You will be working at least 4 days or above per week.
  • Good teamwork and service awareness.
  • Patience and kind at work. Take action quickly.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills working under pressure.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English or Japanese language is required.
