We are looking for a Graduate Legal Intern to join our team, reporting to the Head of Legal & Integrity. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple legal practice areas within a global organization.

During the program, you will work on and gain experience in areas such as: Corporate Governance, Contract Law, Employment Law, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Integrity, Compliance, Data Protection, Antitrust Law

• Support the Head of Legal & Integrity in day-to-day activities.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, notices, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research on topics such as contracts, employment law, regulatory compliance, commercial law, and IP.
• Review and edit translations of legal documents.
• Assist in litigation management, including document handling and reporting.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor legislative changes and communicate updates to relevant teams.
• Support compliance training initiatives.

• Law degree from a recognized university.
• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
