The Opportunity

The High Voltage Products Business is global technology pioneer accelerating a sustainable energy future. It has a global manufacturing and service footprint on all continents.

In the global Operations of the High Voltage Business the Industrial Engineering (IE) Leader will drive harmonization in our industrial process, in order to constantly enhance health and safety in our operations, increase efficiency and ensure highest manufacturing quality.

The role holder will also be responsible to drive global processes for the master data implementation throughout our products manufactured in different locations.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Ensure factories across the business have established and harmonized IE structures that drive optimized production line layouts, efficient PFMEA's, drive through continuous improvements routing improvements.


  • Fosters sharing of best practices and is the owner of the industrial best practice handbook.


  • Owns the overview of required future manufacturing capabilities and contributes to the industrial strategy of the Business.


  • Works in close collaboration with R&D for new product implementations.


  • Proposes and oversees the industrial investments across the BU.


  • Supports the implementation of industrial digital initiatives (digital factory) and defines the roll-out plan and harmonization of the use of industrial digital tools and methodologies.


  • Establishes and leads the global processes for engineering master data implementation.

Your background

  • First and foremost, your personal qualities are vital for success! You have great leadership skills, never doubt acting and continuously seek knowledge and answers.


  • Higher education in engineering/technical.


  • Experience in leading operations.


  • ERP knowledgeable, SAP preferred.


  • Understanding of BOM structures.


  • Required good communication skills and a team player.


  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.


  • Be able to work in a global environment.

Work location:

Remote, 1 week per month travel required
