In this position you will be accountable for working closely with the Center of Expertise (CoE) Leaders and stakeholders on design and improvement of processes and systems in the area of responsibility. You will develop the HR Operations approach, ensure proper hand-offs and transfer of work to HR Operations for standard, repeatable and quality execution.

- Using the knowledge of processes and tools provide clarity on tasks and standard ways of working to support speed and quality of delivery
- Ensure Delivery Teams are properly trained about new processes and/or enhancements and that there is full clarity on execution.
- Identify risks and coach the teams to mitigate these
- Support and propose continuous improvement activities with both CoE, HR Ops delivery teams and other GPOs/GDEs
- Coach the TA teams within HR Ops and identify skill gaps and opportunities for development
- Design shared metrics and KPIs to improve service model and quality
- Monitor Internal Controls performance and derive improvement actions where appropriate
- Serve as Tier 2 and Tier 3 and use issue management as a driver for change
- Set up process for regular monitoring of data quality and follow-up actions
Process Co-Owner:
- Understand the CoE strategy and help operationalize processes and tools
- Use broad data, process and systems expertise on HR processes (TA; ELC; C&B) to influence CoE decisions and provide visibility into interactions with other areas and possible conflicts
- Continuously engage with CoE Process Owners & Delivery Teams to understand pain points and gaps and propose ways to streamline & improve, always considering end-to-end delivery.
- Ensure proper documentation, Knowledge, Control & Change Management of the process are established and maintained
- Own change management within HR Operations and work together with CoE on communication and change management towards the broader HR Function and our customers
- Drive translation of Change Requests into actions for HR Ops
Collaboration
- Establish and maintain close interaction, communication and two-way feedback between HR Operations and HR CoE teams
- Drive smart decision making to foster brilliant employee's experience
- Regularly assess progress with key stakeholders to keep our approach dynamic as the organization evolves
- Be an active and collaborative member of the Global HR Processes and Governance Team to strengthen and develop the HR Operations strategy, develop further efficiencies, ensure consistency of management approaches and sharing of best practices.
Your background:
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR CoEs or HR Operations working with cross functional and cross culture teams
- Experience in leading or implementing complex system/process related projects in partnership with CoEs
- Sound HR Operations & project management experience
- High degree of client orientation and service mind-set
- Strong analytical skills, initiative and ingenuity to solve complex problems and implement remedial measures
- High degree of structure and self-organization and result orientation
- Lean methodologies experience
- Ability to build relations across various teams / countries / cultures
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation skills)
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
