How you'll make an impact
- As a senior leader, leads the project & workstreams allocated, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivating and monitoring all stakeholders to accomplish all tasks and milestones
- Provide performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects
- Act as key contact for the internal stakeholders (executive team, BUs and Regions) and an escalation point for project issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with everyone
- Define & lead the agreed strategy, conducts hands-on analysis to deliver global business benefits
- Provide and ensures optimized delivery and use of customer, competitor, finance, business and market intelligence within business decision making
- Prepare reports that are both standardized and unique to the specific segments and applications
- Monitor the project (through a team) and ensures high quality synthesis and analysis, providing in depth understanding and insights relevant to Hitachi Energy decisions
- Extract and analyses data from sales/financial tools to measure effectiveness of current marketing activities and provides updates to management and proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of data quality and completeness
- Support the creation of templates and meeting packs for Management meetings, ensuring distribution in required timescales ahead of the meeting, review and build analysis in line with the standard templates
- Collaborate with all M&S Function Heads, INLs, MDMs, Regions etc. to ensure full alignment, communications excellence and consistency across all market analysis
- Carry out process improvements based on a culture of feedback and continuous improvement
- As People Manager, you will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines

Your background
You bring a strong blend of strategic thinking, customer focus, and commercial acumen, ideally with experience in both sales and marketing. We're looking for someone who can thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment and lead with impact.
Specifically, you offer:
- A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
- Proven experience in face-to-face and/or remote sales, engaging with both new and existing customers
- A strong ability to assess customer needs and recommend tailored products, services, or solutions
- Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies for products, services, and brands
- Solid understanding of product/brand financials, including budgeting, profitability, and ROI analysis
- Experience in customer service and support, including handling inquiries, pricing, billing, and delivery issues
- A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
- Leadership experience in managing multiple teams and senior managers, ideally within a large domestic market or key national function
- Strategic ownership of short- to mid-term (1-3 years) commercial initiatives, with a focus on execution and operational excellence
