The opportunity:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Global Communications Specialist to join our dynamic, high performing Global External & Crisis Communications team. You will work in a global team to support the development and execution of high-quality communications plans and campaigns to deliver business priorities.
How you'll make an impact:
- You will support the Global External & Crisis Communications team in the implementation of content including media, campaigns, digital (web and social media), and crisis communications.
- You will support with design, implementation, and delivery of communication plans and deliverables and write, create and maintain company content on the web, social media and ensure alignment with related assets (presentation, leaflet, profile etc.)
- You will create presentations, infographic, graphics and other communications content according to brand guidelines and compile and coordinate regular reporting, newsletters, maintain and update data on SharePoints (External Comms, Crisis Management) and relevant Crisis Management tools.
- You will support the publishing of content in internal newsletters, Intranet and web and work closely with content stakeholders to implement our key communications in web and social media (organic and paid), develop and execute integrated corporate campaigns.
- You will work closely with the various web editors and social media specialists to provide content guidance and coordinate with the regions and countries for content translation and analyze social media, web metrics, competitive benchmark to identify gaps and implement best practices, inform future campaigns and improve performance.
- You will support monitoring and analysis for crisis using tools like Meltwater, Sprout Social etc. Project management and execution projects assigned and keep up to date with industry's best practices and trends.

Your background:
- You hold a master's or bachelor's degree in communications, Business, Marketing or other relevant related discipline
- 4-5 years working in Communications or Marketing fields or related professional experience.
- Experience with the energy sector, industry, technology a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office suite of applications with an interest in and working knowledge of various design and business productivity tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Eloqua, Sprout Social, Meltwater or equivalent).
- Detail oriented with high level of organization skills, self-motivated, proactive and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, ability to navigate a fast-paced global organization, in a remote work set-up.
- Business fluency in English with strong writing skills.
