We are looking for a Global C&B Generalist to join our team as part of the EU Pay Transparency Project, with a specific focus on the HR Operations Workstream.
You will be part of a dynamic cross-functional team, working on an innovative solution to implement Pay Transparency with all its facets, while directly contributing to the company's broader strategic goals of enhanced transparency.
In this role, you will:
- Support and contribute to various project tasks.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across HR, legal, and external consultancy teams.
- Ensure HR Operations processes and practices are aligned with equal pay regulations.
- Deliver analytical insights that support the success of our Pay Transparency initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in shaping the organization's approach to Pay Transparency, in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, across our Europe region.
How you will make an impact :
- Support HR Operations Workstream Leads within the EU Pay Transparency Project, by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Collaborate closely with the HR Operations Delivery Pillar to define, document, and refine operational processes relevant to the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- Drive the project execution to completion, ensuring deliverables are met within tight deadlines and in accordance with project goals.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between HR, Legal, and external consultancy teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all project components.
- Provide analytical insights to support decision-making and monitor compliance with equal pay regulations.
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance transparency and support the company's strategic objectives.
- Maintain clear and structured documentation of processes, decisions, and updates to support auditability and knowledge sharing.
- Participate actively in project meetings, prepare summaries, follow up on action items, and support communication across stakeholders
Your background:
- Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B), preferably in a global or regional HR operations context.
- Strong understanding of EU Pay Transparency Directive and equal pay compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in complex HR process and system landscape
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence across functions.
- Solid project coordination and documentation skills, with attention to detail and process orientation.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to drive initiatives independently while supporting broader team goals.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
