Global Artificial Intelligence Lead - Transformers (f/m/d)

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit's digital transformation journey is enabling the modernization and optimization of operations and processes across the different business teams and functions.

Artificial Intelligence Lead will support the digital transformation of Transformers' Marketing and Sales ecosystem by contributing to the definition of the team's strategy and leading the development and implementation of artificial intelligence innovations and tools.

• You will help define the digital transformation strategy for Transformers Sales and Marketing function, with the goal to prioritize innovations, considering the data to be interpreted and the innovative tools to be implemented
• You will lead the development of the next generation sales and marketing tools using the latest available artificial intelligence technology, including those needed for sales operations, pricing, marketing and market intelligence
• You will lead the implementation of new AI solutions and their deployment while keeping within costs, deadlines, ensuring the right processes are in place, guaranteeing the technological transition and digital transformation of Transformers' marketing and Sales team, raising awareness and ensuring the training of the different teams
• You will stay up to date of the latest trends, explore and exploits artificial intelligence and data sciences potentials to advance marketing and sales' tools and operations.
• In addition, you will design and implement machine learning algorithms to extract values from unstructured text documents and pictures; and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the AI solution into existing workflows

• Proven knowledge of artificial intelligence tools, their development and application to marketing and sales and customer experience operations
• Sound command of software, computer tools and AI/data systems
• Experience in leading AI driven development projects. Precise, logical and structured
• Bachelor's degree with +5 years of experience in AI, Data, Marketing processes
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with other relevant tools and libraries
• Experience with Azure, and Azure Databricks preferred.
• A proven track record of continuous process improvement; positive leadership; strong planning experience and connecting solutions to business outcomes
• Experience working in a fast paced, continually changing, matrixed environment
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with the ability to successfully meet deadlines and organizational demands with a sense of urgency
• A proven change agent who fosters teamwork and has proven ability to adapt
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel on business requirements
