General Project Management Experienced Professional

The opportunity

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

• You will be a main interface person between company and the customers, you will make sure and enhance the customers' Satisfaction, feedback the customer's concern positively, coordinate the communication between company and customers closely.
• You will follow domestic and foreign projects delivery schedule, control the project risk and improve the project profit sure the project KPI by excellent planning, supervising, controlling.
• You will be responsible for the factory acceptance test and manufacture supervisor from customers
• You will be responsible for the project payment collection.
• You will be prepare Customs declaration information, Delivery Note and so on.
• You will assist the financial department to evaluate the project risk, analyze the cost, control the cost.

• You hold an Electrical Engineering background or relevant degree in engineering, good knowledge about power products.
• Required above 3 years in project management experience, oversea project experience is preferred.
• Required project management certification(PMP) is preferred.
• Good office software tools knowledge, such as Project, Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP.
• Fluent oral and writing communication skill in English and Chinese.
