General Information:
Hitachi Energy in Crystal Springs, Mississippi, is seeking for a General Office Administration Support.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage/arrange travel - make reservations for FM and others as needed using concur. Assist travelers visiting the factory with arrangements. Ensure that company policies are followed and enforced regarding travel.
- Manage Calendars - Assist with managing calendars and planning meetings and events.
- Expense Control - Administrator's expenses should be completed each month. Pcard and AMEX. Pcard (Visa) is used to order & pay for items asked to purchase. The AMEX is used for travel expenses for staff and guests as requested.
- Meeting Participation and Coordination - Set up one-time and recurring meetings as requested. Attend daily Tier 4 and other meetings taking notes and ensuring actions are documented and actions taken as needed. Participate and support Kaizen events, employee engagement meetings and activities.
- General Administrative support to include the following:

- Maintain monthly organization charts with edits.
Your Background:
- Associate degree or higher in a Business or related field preferred, but not required.
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
- 2+ years of work experience in an administrative support role preferred, but not required.
- Superior computer skills and willingness to learn new systems a must.
- Attention to detail and ability to comfortably multi-task is critical.
- Comfortable working within all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional, positive attitude and helpful demeanor at all times.
