How You'll Make an Impact

• Support monthly demand order analysis and reporting
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
• Conduct variance analysis and present insights
• Collaborate with sales operations on pipeline conversion analytics
• Build robust P&L tracking for regional consolidation
• Contribute to predictive analytics and financial modeling
• Support ad hoc financial projects and reporting needs
• Help establish SOPs and improve internal reporting processes
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

• • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  
  • Demonstrated experience with Power BI, Microsoft Co-Pilot, and other predictive analytics tools/projects, etc.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle/SAP.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
