Field Service manager - GIS

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How you'll make an impact
- Lead and inspire a skilled GIS field service team
- Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and project execution
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all operations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet strategic goals
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in field operations
- Support training, development, and performance management of staff
Your background
- Technical degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
- 8-10 years of relevant industry experience
- 3-5 years of people management experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Experience with high voltage field service activities up to 800kV
- Proficiency in MS Office365, SharePoint, and SAP
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
