Our High Voltage Products division in Sweden includes several factory units that develop, manufacture, and sell high-voltage products for both HVAC and HVDC systems. We are now looking for a Factory Controller in Ludvika to join our team and contribute to the full spectrum of business and financial controlling activities. This is a broad and exciting role where you will play a key part in shaping strategy, identifying improvement areas, and supporting management with actionable insights. You will report directly to the Manager of Factory Controlling and be welcomed by a dedicated, supportive, and down-to-earth team.

Your responsibilities
- Lead business planning and forecasting processes within your area of responsibility.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure transparency and accuracy in financial reporting and disclosures.
- Oversee tools and processes to secure reliable financial data and business information.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Foster strong communication with internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
- Embody Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions and supporting your colleagues.
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- A few years of experience in business, finance, operational controlling, or accounting.
- Proficiency in SAP (CO/FI) and other financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- A collaborative team player with a passion for continuous improvement and change management.
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- International experience and cross-cultural communication skills are a plus.
