Environmental and Employee Health & Safety Professional

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How you'll make an impact
- Champion health, safety, and environmental standards across the organization
- Communicate safety programs to ensure shared understanding
- Train, coach, and guide teams on safety best practices
- Monitor compliance and resolve nonconformance issues
- Support leadership in accident prevention and risk mitigation
- Conduct risk assessments across facilities, tools, and workflows
- Lead audits, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions
- Maintain and enhance systems aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in safety and environmental roles
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations in manufacturing environments
- Experience developing and managing safety systems
- Hands-on problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
