We are currently looking for a proactive and result-driven individual to lead the Engineering Department of our Power Transformers plant in Ludvika.

- Define and implement our Engineering Team strategy based on the Hub and Global Product Group directions.
- Build and maintain our Engineering Capacity, by taking appropriate actions in support to the development of competences and skills.
- Build strong and positive relationships with our Customers and with the other functions (Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, Project Management, Operations, etc...)
- Ensure we meet our targets while adhering to safety requirements, quality standards, company procedures and contractual specifications.
- Continuously monitor the Engineering function performance through appropriate indicators and systematically capture opportunities to improve our processes and output.
- Be an advocate of our Engineering Digital Transformation, making sure that state of the art tools are in place and properly used.
- Be part of a broad Engineering Community, supporting others and getting supported by our best experts around the globe.
Your background
- Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical are preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the Power Transformer field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing Design Teams as a people manager.
- Knowledge of transformers design, manufacturing, testing and operations.
- Excellent intercultural sensitivity and ability to develop and maintain healthy working relationships.
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
