As an Engineering Manager, you'll provide strategic direction, leadership, and coordination to drive performance, ensuring projects meet critical milestones and deliver on scope and timelines. • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Leadership experience
• Proven experience in electrical engineering within the utilities, data centers, or general industry sectors.
• HV Experience
• Strong knowledge of engineering design principles and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and address complex issues.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor junior professionals.
