Engineering intern

Your responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the technical review of the sales contract.
• You will be responsible for project design, engineering drawings, and DTO drawings management.
• You will be responsible for ABB internal (CAD) order configuration;(transfer to PM) and CCRP engineering configuration.
• You will be responsible for the preparation of the DTO material inspection plan and support sales to provide appropriate engineering solutions (Engineering drawings).
• You will be supporting the preparation of bidding technical documents for the export sales team.
• Supporting the management and processing of purchasing materials (slow-moving materials, alternative materials handling advice, cooperating with production, technology, and purchasing-related materials handling issues).
• You will be supporting customer FAT (factory test outline, etc.) and supporting financial analysis of cost deviation.
• You will be Solving product quality deviations on time in the production line and supporting new product introductions with TOT.
• You will be responsible for WI, IP compiling and maintenance, IRRD and BOM change requests, and important CCRP root reason analysis and solution.
• Mechanical Endurance test based on localization materials and product audit and responsible for SIR tech parameters compiling.
• Involvement in C3 materials localization and approval process and responsible for drawing administration, standard engineering BOM and IRRD, and SAP key user and BOM management cost structure.

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 2 years of work experience.
• Functional Knowledge/Skill
• Has experience in the power system or circuit breaker manufactory.
• Proficiency in both spoken & and written English language is required.
