Electrical Engineer

How You'll Make an Impact
- Deliver high-quality transformer designs on time and to spec
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
- Support testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of new tools and systems
- Analyze test failures and lead root cause investigations
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
- Mentor and coach junior engineers
- Identify and implement process and product enhancements
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in transformer design or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or Creo (preferred)
- Familiarity with simulation tools (FEA) and programming (SQL, Power BI) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage complex projects
