Electrical Engineer - Transformer Design Specialist

• Design dry type transformers in accordance with customer and industry standards.
• Apply state-of-the-art design methods and calculations.
• Collaborate with global colleagues to define and implement best design practices.
• Engage in product and process improvement projects.
• Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, production engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality.
• Assist and lead teams to achieve clearly defined goals.
• Penetrate new markets with optimized customer solutions.
• Document designs, algorithms, and test data thoroughly.

• BS or MS Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in dry type transformer design.
• Strong team-building and collaborative skills.
• Customer-focused mentality with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications and engineering software (CAD/AUTOCAD, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe).
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. and internationally (5-10%).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States and a valid driver's license.
