We are looking for a Documentation specialist within Hitachi Energy, Network Control, Europe. Network control (NC) is a globally active team that is delivering systems and solutions for management and control of the transmission, sub transmission and distribution of energy worldwide. We can offer you an interesting and challenging role in an international, dynamic, and positive working environment. Since this position is within HUB Europe you can be based in either Sweden, Norway, Germany, Spain, Poland or Turkey. How You'll Make an Impact
- Manage documentation for the Quality management system in line with ISO9001 requirements, review documents against requirements and interact with the responsible process owners
- Manage project and service documents in the NC documentation management system (DMS), including follow up throughout the project/service.
- Maintain documentation workspace in the DMS. For selected projects, administer and check commercial and technical documentation in DMS.
- Serve as the main contact for the NC team for documentation requirements. Monitor and follow up on project documentation delivery, reporting regularly and storing/submitting documents as needed.
- Maintain and further develop documentation methodology, processes and instructions for the NC team, provide training to the NC organization on the documentation management.
- Identify risks and opportunities, contributing to continuous improvement efforts while upholding Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or economy
- Over 3 years of experience in documentation management
- Proficient in document management and database tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English and Swedish; residing in or near Västerås, Sweden
- Experience with project documentation handling
- Experience with xECM, Adonis, Share Point
