How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales/BDMs across multiple product lines and channels
- Oversee demand planning and ensure accurate sales forecasting
- Analyze market trends and sales data to drive strategic decisions
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and supply chain to align planning
- Identify and implement process improvements for forecasting and efficiency
- Present regular performance reports and business insights
- Build strong customer relationships and represent Hitachi Energy at key engagements
- Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 12 years of experience in sales, business development, or business management
- Deep understanding of the transformer services market and customer needs
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive results
- The ability to travel domestically and internationally is an essential part of this position. Travel up to 50%
