Digital Twin Specialist and Coordinator

The opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Twin Specialist and Coordinator to join our Grid Integration team in Bangalore. This position will play a key role in driving the adoption of digital twin technology within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing strategies related to the development, deployment, and utilization of digital twins across various business units and functions.

How you'll make an impact:

• You will be developing and maintaining a comprehensive digital twin strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging digital twin technology in various domains such as product design, manufacturing, supply chain management, customer support, etc.
• You will be conducting research on emerging trends and advancements in digital twin technology and their potential applications within the organization.
• You will be identifying, evaluating, and recommending appropriate digital twin tools and platforms based on specific use cases and requirements.
• You will be supporting the implementation of digital twin initiatives through collaboration with IT, engineering, and operations teams, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards related to data privacy, security, and ethical considerations surrounding digital twin technology.
• You will be staying abreast of market developments and competitor activities in the field of digital twin technology.
• You will be collaborating with internal stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of digital twin implementations and make necessary adjustments, providing guidance and training to employees on best practices related to digital twin technology.
• You will monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with digital twin initiatives.
• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

• You hold a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent. Master's degree preferred.
• You should have 3+ years of experience in a related field with demonstrated success in developing and executing digital twin strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital twin concepts, tools, and methodologies.
• Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of digital twin tools and platforms, familiarity with industry standards and regulatory frameworks governing digital twin technology.
• Prior experience working in the power industry would be advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
