- Project Management: Manage and oversee international projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Planning and Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional international teams for seamless project execution.
- AI Coordination: Coordinate and support AI-related activities, ensuring the integration and implementation of AI solutions towards efficiency and innovation.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to business processes and standards.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication and global stakeholder management.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in English.
- Solid project management experience, particularly in digital transformation or IT delivery projects.
- Basic understanding of end-to-end data flow and interoperability of information.
- Experience in digital transformation and change management is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Openness to connect with people and build strong working relationships.
- Interest/experience e.g. in Artificial Intelligence, BIM, PLM, Configurators is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of digital industry best practices and standards.
