The opportunity
As Digital Transformation Specialist you will lead the high-impact portfolio, bridge technology and business need, and deliver tangible results. You are accountable for developing, implementing and executing the IT capability within that practice area to plan and build IT solutions resulting from Business of Functions. You will work in a multinational team dealing with one or more projects/programs and act as single point of contact (SPOC) towards IT Technology and the business for these transformational projects/programs. You are responsible for interaction with functional/business unit leadership to monitor and execute the projects/ programs.
How you'll make an impact
- Lead global PLM strategy and execution, aligning with digital transformation goals and driving business value across engineering and manufacturing
- Integrate PLM with ERP, MES, and downstream systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process continuity
- Champion Digital Thread and configuration management, enhancing traceability, collaboration, and decision-making across the value chain
- Optimize cross-functional processes using Lean and Six Sigma, focusing on BOMs, process plans, routings, and supply chain integration
- Engage stakeholders across business and IT, capturing complex requirements and facilitating global collaboration
- Drive PLM governance and change management, supporting adoption of new tools and continuous improvement initiatives
- Serve as a PLM subject matter expert, mentoring teams and supporting training on platforms like Windchill or Teamcenter

Your background
- Over 10 years of experience in IT and digital transformation, with a strong foundation in Computer Science or Engineering and deep expertise in PLM systems and strategy
- Led global PLM transformation programs across engineering and manufacturing, with hands-on experience in Windchill, Teamcenter, and similar platforms
- Extensive knowledge of PLM-to-Manufacturing processes, including mBOMs, process plans, routings, and integration with ERP and MES systems
- Proven ability to manage third-party providers and virtual delivery teams on a global scale, ensuring alignment across distributed stakeholders
- Applied Lean, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 principles to optimize cross-functional processes in engineering, supply chain, quality, and procurement
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with fluency in English and a track record of working effectively in multicultural, multinational environments
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to support global factory and engineering site implementations and stakeholder engagement
