The opportunity
We are seeking a Service Business Unit Cybersecurity Lead to drive strategic alignment between cybersecurity and our Service BU. This role ensures cybersecurity is embedded into our operations, culture, and services-supporting secure innovation and resilience across the enterprise.
How you'll make an impact
- Act as the single point of contact between Cybersecurity and the Service Business Unit
- Embed cybersecurity into project lifecycles, ensuring secure and resilient delivery
- Facilitate risk-based decision-making and promote cyber judgment across teams
- Support incident management and integrate cybersecurity into business continuity planning
- Monitor cyber risk trends and proactively plan for future impacts
- Align cybersecurity funding with strategic business initiatives
- Represent the Service BU in cybersecurity councils and working groups
- Champion a best-in-class cybersecurity mindset across stakeholders
Your background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, ideally in industrial manufacturing
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Professional certifications (CISSP, GICSP, CISM or equivalent) are highly desirable
- Proven ability to analyse risk in business contexts and coach teams effectively
- Positive attitude, high internal drive, and willingness to travel as needed
