Customer Support Trainee

Our Trainee Program for Türkiye is designed for 6-8 months and aims to jumpstart your career with a unique journey within Hitachi Energy's Management community but also interfacing functions like quality, engineering, production, commissioning and site management, as well as our global centers of competence. It will take you through three to four work assignments, and then an opportunity to conclude with establishing yourself in a permanent position within Hitachi Energy in a high impact role. During this journey you will encounter different business segments and experience career enhancing learning opportunities within our teams.

• Senior Student in electrical engineering or similar
• Proficient in written and spoken Turkish and English, additional languages are considered as an advantage
• Customer-oriented mindset is the key
• Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
• A drive to learn new skills as well as open to receiving and providing feedback
• A positive attitude with an innovative and creative mindset
• Knowledge of MS Office applications, additional software knowledge is considered as an advantage
